+ What is the drive time from ___?
Our address is:
Ellensburg, WA 98926
From Seattle, the estimated drive time is 1 hour 50 minutes.
From Spokane, the estimated drive time is 2 hours 45 minutes.
From Tri-Cities, the estimated drive time is 1 hour 50 minutes.
From Portland, the estimated drive time is 3 hours 50 minutes.
+ When is the best time on ___?
The Yakima River is a year round fishery. We consider "prime time" on the Yakima from June–October.
The best time to wade fish on the Yakima is September–April. Typically during May–August, flows are too high for safe wading unless you go above the Cle Elum confluence. Always check the flows!
Rocky Ford Spring Creek is a year round fishery. We suggest fishing Rocky Ford from November–May.
The Naches River opens the first Saturday of June and closes October 31. We typically do not start fishing on the Naches until late June/early July and fish until the close.
+ Miscellaneous
We do not permit any metal-soled boots/shoes on any of our boats.
If you have a child 12 years old or younger, they are required to wear a life vest at all times. Please bring a life vest for your child if you have one, otherwise one will be provided.
We allow 3 anglers in one boat, however only 2 anglers can fish at one time, so you would need to take turns. There is a maximum combined weight limit of 600 lbs between the 3 anglers.
