The river is in shape and fishing well from top to bottom, and the big dry is starting to see more and more love each day. We have been seeing more and more golden stones out and about, so big bushy dries like chubbies and stimulators in #6-8 in gold or yellow should get some looks, especially if they're fished tight to the bank with a good dead-drift. If you aren't getting any love on the dry, try dropping a tungsten hare's ear or PT of the back 18-24". Deep nymphing with Pat's stones trailed by smaller beadheads is also putting fish in the net, especially in some of the deeper faster buckets and seams. If you plan on fishing this weekend, keep an eye on the flows, it looks like we may see a big spike of water here soon. We will make sure to keep you all updated on conditions via this blog, as well as our Facebook and Instagram pages.
